The neighbourhood adopts the original design idea and reimagines it with a unique twist
Various architects including VenhoevenCS, M3H, Heren 5 and MIX Architectuur worked on various sub-areas. Studio PROTOTYPE designed 54 unique ground-level homes within subarea Hagen.
The estate offers a variety of housing types to suit different needs. The homes have a simple design, with each one connected to the surrounding greenery. Features like verandas, herb gardens, pergolas, and large sliding doors create a seamless connection to the outdoors.

The neighbourhood adopts the original design idea and reimagines it with a unique twist, by means of of sheds, pergolas and even within the interiors we see stylistic features of the design.
